Here I have provided a list of his census records.  I do not know where he was in 1790, nor 1800.  Presumably by 1800 he should have been in Bedford County, but he does not appear there.

Note: she's living in the household of her youngest son, Peter Benedict Parrish.  Joshua is deceased, died in 1840.
